KIK 2023: Kizomba In Kolkata: 5th Edition: Official Event

Making this event gives us so much joy! When the previously event got cancelled it was painful but we knew we will come back with so much love that everyone is going to have an absolute blast!

Putting this line up together was really really tough but loads of fun - We wanted to bring together teachers who would positively contribute towards uplifting the Kizomba scene in India.

Teachers and artistes who can inspire you to study Kizomba as a dance, as a music, as a culture.

Very carefully has this line up been chosen!

Here are some details before we announce the line up for KIK 2023:

When: 17-19th Nov, 2023 This will be the 5th Edition

What to expect? Kizomba, Semba, Kizomba Fusion, Afro House, Tarraxinha & more.. But we have a strict policy of No Salsa, No Bachata

Why No Salsa, Why no Bachata?

- Because we truly think to feel and experience the true essence of Kizomba it should be a pure Kizomba weekend

- Because somewhere we also think that Salsa & Bachata compliment each other but Kizomba doesn't really mix with the two

- Also if you are getting started in Kizomba, being in ALL KIZOMBA atmosphere will give you the full and accurate picture of what the style has to offer.

If you had registered for KIK 2020 then you will get a 100% transfer or refund (whichever you choose)

First 30 passes: ₹7999/- only

MASTERCLASSES (Fees valid till 30th June)

- STYLING 2 HOUR MASTERCLASS with - AUREA: ₹2499 - 2 HOUR MASTERCLASS with MANDELA: ₹2499

Terms & Conditions for KIK 2023:

- Incase of a pandemic, you could opt for a full refund or a chance to transfer your fee to online / in studio classes / next festival hosted by Salsawala Studios Incase you are unable to attend the event. The pass is non refundable. But transferable till 16th October 2023 - A transfer will be made at the current price - so if you bought a pass at 7999 and when you transfer if the pass price is higher then the difference will have to be paid. Bootcamps, opening party, closing party or privates are not included in KIK Full Pass Artiste line up and workshop schedule can change without prior intimation
